📋 Description Lead cross-team identity and access initiatives. Architect and improve identity and access systems. Collaborate with designers and PMs to shape the team's roadmap. Advise engineers on architecture, system design, and security. Develop patterns to improve maintainability and security posture. Mentor teammates and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture. 🎯 Requirements 5-8+ years leading complex technical initiatives. Design simple, maintainable solutions using standard patterns. Strong in performance, scalability, and security; OAuth/OIDC/JWT a plus. Experience as a technical consultant on architecture and debugging. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with product and design to prioritize roadmaps. Growth mindset; open to feedback and continuous learning.
