Enable fast learning with small, frequent iterations that deliver value. 🎯 Requirements 3-5+ years people management of ICs at multiple levels. Experience building user-centric engineering products. Deliver value fast with MVPs and frequent deployments. Experience with feedback loops, retrospectives, experimentation. Strong agile practices knowledge and leadership.
