Applications Development & Technical Lead

📋 Description Lead design, development, and O&M of TA tools and sites. Direct agile team; ensure FedRAMP and accessibility compliance. Partner with Product Owners and IT teams to modernize mission-critical systems. Oversee ServiceNow case management on FedRAMP GovCloud. Manage full SDLC with Agile ceremonies; coordinate with Product Owners. Ensure ATO, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust alignment with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5. 🎯 Requirements BS in CS/IS/Eng or equivalent. 8–10 years leading app dev and O&M; 3–5 in leadership. ServiceNow admin and CSM configuration. Drupal-based sites and supporting infra. AWS US Public Cloud and GovCloud; FedRAMP experience. Knowledge of FedRAMP, ATO, NIST SP 800-53, Zero Trust.
