📋 Description

• Administer the organization's portfolio of enterprise software and cloud platforms, maintaining
• Monitor platform and integration health, including provisioning and synchronization between
• Review, test, and validate platform updates and releases, confirming changes before they reach
• Administer the connections and integrations between platforms, and troubleshoot existing
• Administer enterprise AI platforms, including console configuration, licensing, usage and cost
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and escalation guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts and protocols, including single
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across integrated platforms.
• Disciplined documentation habits and strong organizational skills.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, SaaS management, license optimization, or platform cost
• Familiarity with automation and integration platforms and the ability to diagnose broken workflows.
