Founding Engineer – Full-Stack Generalist

📋 Description

• Own the platform end-to-end as a full-stack generalist, designing, building, shipping, deploying
• Maintain production health by diagnosing incidents and defects, managing releases safely, and
• Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools to accelerate engineering output while independently
• Lead engineering efforts toward ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness, translating compliance requirements
• Make AI assistant and orchestration capabilities reliable, measurable, secure, and suitable for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage startup
• 5+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience across React/TypeScript and
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of products end-to-end, including architecture
• 4+ years of senior-level experience independently managing cloud deployments, releases, and CI/CD
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL/Supabase or equivalent, including relational data modelling
• 1–2+ years of professional use of AI-assisted or agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code
