UX Researcher Consultant

📋 Description

• Plan and conduct UX research using interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies
• Analyze user behaviours, needs, motivations, and experiences to identify meaningful patterns and
• Translate research findings into actionable, evidence-based recommendations for product managers
• Develop personas, user journey maps, user stories, and other research artifacts that inform digital
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure user insights are incorporated
• Facilitate participatory design activities, co-creation sessions, and workshops with staff

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience conducting UX research and applying human-centered
• Advanced knowledge of UX research methodologies, human-centered design, and user-centered product
• Demonstrated experience designing and conducting usability testing, user interviews, surveys
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize user data and translate findings into practical
• Proven experience developing personas, journey maps, user stories, research reports, and other UX
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive design, and designing digital experiences for
