• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs across BillionToOne's

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry
• 3–5 years of EHS experience, preferably in a clinical laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life
• Working knowledge of OSHA (29 CFR 1910 Subparts H, I, J, Z), Cal/OSHA Title 8, and California
• Familiarity with CAP accreditation standards and CLIA safety requirements in a laboratory setting
• Demonstrated experience conducting safety inspections, writing inspection reports, and driving
• Experience managing hazardous and biological waste programs including vendor coordination and
