Junior Fulfilment Executive – Thailand

📋 Description

• Act as the runner between Nivoda's two Thailand offices, ensuring diamonds and gemstones are moved
• Collect diamonds and gemstones from local suppliers for onward processing
• Coordinate collection schedules with suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain proper chain-of-custody and documentation while transporting goods between offices
• Assist the Fulfilment Executive with day-to-day fulfilment operations, including shipment
• Support with receiving shipments and marking orders as received in the Nivoda system

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English communication
• Knowledge of logistics and carriers (Brinks, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• High levels of honesty, professionalism, and integrity
• Valid driving license
