📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Strong prototyping skills — able to choose the right approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
