Associate Creative Director - Design

📋 Description

• Craft visually compelling designs ensuring a consistent and premium presence across diverse channels
• Produce high-quality assets across digital and animated menu boards, packaging, in-restaurant
• Strategically apply design systems across various touchpoints for cohesive execution
• Engage in all facets of design from comping to type treatments
• Collaborate with client-side digital and development teams for best-in-class UX/UI
• Articulate the strategy behind design projects emphasizing rationale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience within ad agency, digital shop, or creative studio
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI/UX or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Figma and deep mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven track record with component-based design systems across digital and physical environments
• Ability to manage, inspire, and direct a team of designers
• Prior experience with QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume retail brands is a plus
