📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to Engineering hiring managers for mid-to-senior level
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, workforce planning input, and hiring prioritization
• Translate technical and business hiring needs into effective recruiting strategies aligned with
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering roles, from intake through offer and close
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent across the India technology talent
• Drive inclusive, equitable, and consistent interview processes aligned with company standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on Engineering or technical
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in a consultative recruiting capacity
• Solid understanding of technical roles, hiring markets, and competitive talent landscapes
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms
• Familiarity with India labor regulations and hiring compliance requirements
