📋 Description

• Manage consumer litigation, class actions, arbitrations, and commercial disputes from intake
• Direct outside counsel: scope, budget, staffing, and strategy
• Own litigation holds, ESI protocols, custodian identification, and the discovery process end to end
• Manage small-claims and arbitration pipeline; build process improvements to handle volume
• Identify patterns behind repeat disputes and work with product, operations, and collections to fix
• Manage civil investigative demands, examination requests, subpoenas, and informal inquiries from

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least
• Must satisfy in-house counsel registration requirements in home state where apply
• 5 to 7 years of combined law firm and in-house experience
• Substantive consumer financial services experience: Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, UDAAP as
• Demonstrated ownership of litigation matters and regulatory inquiries, including running some
