📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and G&A roles, delivering a seamless, consistent
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by building deep partnerships with hiring managers, candidates
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, balanced, and inclusive talent
• Source, screen, assess, and present high-quality talent, leading candidates through offer
• Champion a high-touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful candidate and hiring-manager experience
• Partner closely with global Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to align hiring plans

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience
• Experience recruiting in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior hiring managers and executives throughout
• Strong sourcing expertise, with a track record of building creative, effective talent pipelines.
• Experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages.
