📋 Description

• Making home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes
• Following up and executing doctors' orders
• Performing client assessments
• Case management and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum one year of recent experience as an LPN
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Ability to travel to cases
