Performance and Engagement Lead

📋 Description

• Own and lead the Boost performance management programme, including framework design
• Facilitate and support site committees, acting as a strategic partner to committee leads and
• Lead the end-to-end Insights engagement survey process, from planning and communications through to
• Analyse performance and engagement data, producing insight reports and actionable recommendations
• Partner with HR Business Partners, local leadership and site committees to drive high-performance
• Design and deliver manager capability initiatives to support effective performance conversations
