📋 Description

• Independently support Healthy Planet and Compass Rose initiatives, ensuring application
• Create, maintain, design, and optimize patient registries and related application workflows.
• Design and improve Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) workflows to support evolving healthcare
• Support the expansion and ongoing development of Remote Patient Monitoring programs.
• Perform daily application maintenance, including service requests, minor enhancements, and workflow
• Analyze and diagnose complex system and application issues, identify root causes, and develop

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Epic Healthy Planet Certification.
• Current Epic Compass Rose Certification.
• Previous hands-on experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet workflows and applications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare application workflows, configuration, troubleshooting, and
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing priorities effectively.
