Community & Events Manager (Turkey)

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end, including meetups, workshops, sponsorship
• Manage all key elements of execution, including venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, logistics
• Support Binance’s presence in major local events and ensure high execution quality across
• Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and event performance
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities, content creators, strategic
• Identify local partnership opportunities that can strengthen Binance’s visibility and user reach in

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, community activations, local marketing, creator
• Strong hands-on experience in organizing offline events end to end, including large-scale or
• Proven ability to manage budgets carefully and efficiently, including supplier coordination, cost
• Strong understanding of the Turkish market, local culture, and content ecosystem
• Good understanding of how local content and KOL collaboration can support growth
• Experience managing KOLs, creators, or local content partnerships is highly preferred
