🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance ideally within a growth-stage or late-stage startup
- Strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, and operational modeling
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and experience familiarity with executing audits and compliance
- Proven ability to design and implement financial planning processes and internal controls
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to drive performance
