Head of Solutions - APAC

📋 Description

• Act as the definitive product and solutions authority for the APAC region, shaping product strategy
• Manage product managers and product owners in the APAC region, fostering collaboration, coaching
• Own the regional product roadmap, business cases, and resourcing trade-offs, prioritizing
• Act as the key internal subject matter expert on product matters across APAC, serving as escalation
• Assist with development planning and backlog management, writing user stories and guiding
• Maintain strong relationships with global solution leads and distributors to ensure APAC priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in product management or solutions roles, including 5+ years in a senior
• At least 5 years' experience working in or with the audit and accounting profession
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working across APAC markets, with understanding of regulatory
• Proven ability to build business cases, weigh resourcing trade-offs, and prioritize development
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence without direct
• Experience running client interviews and feedback programs, with a customer-led mindset
