• 3 - 8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product
• You are not afraid to dig into the details and the underlying mechanics (limits, repayment, fees
• A track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up
• Strong analytical chops; comfortable working side by side with data and risk partners on unit
• Highly detail-oriented, thrives in a genuinely cross-functional environment
