Senior Manager, Events Marketing

📋 Description

• Develop and execute inKind's annual events strategy and calendar based on company goals
• Design creative, differentiated event concepts that generate excitement, strengthen the inKind
• Act as the central events partner for all pods, helping teams transform ideas into high-impact
• Partner with pod leads to develop and execute events supporting product launches, restaurant
• Plan and deliver external events including conferences, trade shows, restaurant launches, customer
• Support recruiting and employer brand events, including university programs, tech meetups

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing corporate, marketing, experiential, or brand events
• A proven track record of creating innovative, high-impact events that deliver measurable business
• Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing significant event budgets and external vendor relationships
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and communicate event ROI

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $120,000–$140,000 + Benefits
