📋 Description
- Deliver engaging remote instruction aligned with NCCER Ironworking curriculum, standards, and
- Teach foundational and advanced topics including structural steel, reinforcing steel, rigging
- Translate practical ironworking techniques and industry knowledge into clear, accessible
- Prepare students for NCCER assessments and support them in meeting relevant credentialing
- Monitor and document student participation, progress, coursework completion, and training outcomes.
- Answer student questions and provide individualized coaching, clarification, and additional
🎯 Requirements
- Current or previous NCCER Instructor Certification is strongly preferred.
- Professional experience as an Ironworker, Ironworker Foreman, Superintendent, Trainer, or in a
- Strong practical knowledge of structural ironworking, reinforcing steel, rigging, tools, equipment
- Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching, or instructing workers or apprentices is
- Ability to deliver effective instruction in a fully remote environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and hands-on
