NCCER Ironworker Instructor

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging remote instruction aligned with NCCER Ironworking curriculum
• Teach structural steel, reinforcing steel, rigging, tools, and safety
• Prepare students for NCCER assessments and credentialing
• Monitor and document student participation and progress
• Provide individualized coaching and support to students
• Maintain accurate training records and instructional materials

🎯 Requirements

• NCCER Instructor Certification preferred
• Professional experience as an Ironworker or similar trades role
• Knowledge of structural ironworking, rigging, and safety procedures
• Experience training or mentoring workers or apprentices
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Reliable availability during Monday-Friday workweek
