Production Analyst

📋 Description

• Independently manage production work from queues and assigned projects, ensuring jobs progress
• Assess project scope, technical requirements, workflows, and timelines, and recommend appropriate
• Process, convert, format, and export documents and metadata according to established standards and
• Create and prepare load files and deliverables for industry-standard legal review platforms
• Format and manipulate data for import into legal review software, using internal tools and SQL to
• Conduct thorough quality-control checks at multiple stages of production to ensure accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of eDiscovery or equivalent technical experience, with a strong understanding of
• Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and the ability to edit basic code or scripts, or expert-level
• Experience with iPro eCapture and other litigation support applications such as Nuix, LAW
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or Java is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while collaborating effectively with
• Strong sense of urgency and consistent prioritization of accurate, timely completion of production
