📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Identity Governance engineers, providing technical direction
• Define the technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and operating model for
• Lead the architecture, implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of SailPoint Identity
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certifications, provisioning
• Guide enterprise migrations from legacy identity governance platforms to SailPoint ISC, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, or a
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering, identity engineering, or comparable technical
• Hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and operating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Proven experience leading enterprise SailPoint implementations from architecture and design through
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC
• Experience designing and developing identity integrations using APIs, connectors, automation, and
