Business HR Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders across Scandinavia as a trusted HR advisor
• Serve as HR Country Lead for Denmark, with responsibility for work environment, culture
• Help shape and drive Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Culture initiatives across
• Facilitate team-building and leadership workshops across the region
• Work closely with local and regional HR stakeholders, as well as HR Centers of Excellence such as
• Support HR reporting and analytics to enable data-informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience from a matrix organization
• Ideally experience from the pharmaceutical or similar industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functions
