Product Communications Lead

📋 Description

• Define PolyAI's product communications strategy — the messaging architecture, proof points and
• Lead product launches and feature announcements end to end: positioning, press, launch assets
• Partner with product and engineering to translate technical capability into claims we can defend
• Own the customer proof engine — case studies, deployment stories, and measurable outcomes from live
• Run analyst and press relations for product: brief Gartner, Forrester and Opus-type analysts, and
• Build enterprise-grade materials for C-suite and technical buyers covering capability, security

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product communications, product marketing or comms at technology companies, ideally
• Have run launches for technical products sold to large enterprises, with a track record you can
• Can hold your own in a conversation with an engineer and then explain the same thing to a CFO
• Write exceptionally well — clear, specific, unfussy, no filler
• Have built something from scratch before and prefer that to inheriting a machine
• Understand how enterprise buyers actually evaluate AI vendors: the procurement cycle, the security
