📋 Description
- Lead and develop the nursing team by providing coaching, mentorship, performance management, and
- Oversee hiring, orientation, competency training, and Med Core A & B instruction to build a
- Direct nursing services across Indiana operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care
- Maintain compliance with Indiana regulations, ICF standards, and organizational policies while
- Partner with operational leaders, physicians, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant nursing
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued or recognized under the Indiana Nurse
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), annual
- Minimum five years of nursing experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental
- Experience supporting licensed IDD, ICF/IID, group home, or similarly regulated residential
- Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration, RN delegation, aspiration risk management
🎁 Benefits
- Compensation: $90,000 Annually (Fixed Rate)
- Work Environment: Onsite/Hybrid (2-3 days per month) in Indianapolis, IN

- Work Schedule: Typically 8 AM - 5 PM CST, on call as needed
- Quarterly site visits required throughout the state, some overnight travel
