📋 Description
- Supervise, coach, and support employees across assigned residential programs while promoting
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives across
- Oversee daily operations of multiple homes and programs to ensure services remain person-centered
- Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews
- Promote individual choice, independence, and person-centered planning while assisting with
- Monitor staffing trends, program performance, operational needs, and fiscal responsibilities in
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied
- 2-3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
- Knowledge of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid Waiver or HCBS, CIH
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
- Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting agency insurance requirements
