• Commission a high volume of artwork by identifying freelance illustrators, providing ongoing art
• Develop art direction skills through hands-on mentorship from Lead Art Directors, actively seeking
• Apply foundational knowledge of artistic principles, with guidance and mentorship from Lead Art
• Collaborate closely with fellow Art Directors and cross-functional project partners, communicating

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ yr commercial art experience
• A portfolio demonstrating creative vision with a cinematic lens
• Strong communication skills and capable of giving and receiving feedback
• High attention to detail and organization skills
• Knowledge of current fantasy illustration and modern print/press techniques and processes
• Interest in discovering diverse, emerging artists
