- Commission a high volume of artwork by identifying freelance illustrators, providing ongoing art
- Apply a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of artistic fundamentals to source and
- Collaborate with department leaders and participate in brainstorms focused on future Dungeons &
- Present updates to leadership by showcasing work and clearly contextualizing it within the broader
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ yrs commercial art experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision with a cinematic lens.
- Strong communication skills and capable of giving and receiving feedback.
- High attention to detail and organization skills.
- Deep knowledge of current fantasy illustration market/talent and modern print/press techniques and
- Adept in Adobe Photoshop, proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
