Associate Manager, Hardware Test Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and support a small hardware quality test team
• Develop, execute, and review hardware test plans for new and existing products
• Assign and prioritize daily test activities, lab work, and reporting
• Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineers and testers
• Review test data, defect findings, failure analysis, and documentation
• Develop test plans for thermal, humidity, vibration, shock, HALT/HASS testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 6+ years hands-on technical work in hardware testing or quality engineering
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising engineers or testers
• Strong hands-on mechanical problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Experience developing and executing hardware test plans
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including statistical analysis
