Job Description
📋 Description
- Follow established care plans and work with patients 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
- Educate and instruct patients, family members, and other patient representatives in rehabilitative
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care
- Partner with an experienced and supportive home health Occupational Therapist
🎯 Requirements
- Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Colorado
- Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied
- Have two years of appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory
- Have at least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
- Willing and able to travel in assigned territory
