🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent
• MS or PhD preferred
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience
• At least 10 years professional experience in laboratory operations with minimum 5 years of
• Demonstrated success in improving operational, profit, quality and safety performance
• Familiarity with laboratory operations and services
