Manufacturing Engineer I, Mechanical Assembly Second Shift

📋 Description

• Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery for vehicle sub-systems, taking
• Develop and release detailed build flows, work instructions, and test procedures to enable
• Support first article builds focusing on manufacturability, repeatability, and quality
• Provide hands-on floor support during build and test, resolving issues in real time, incorporating
• Coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test teams to ensure part readiness
• Contribute to development of long-term manufacturing systems and infrastructure including tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or related technical field with 1+ years of hands-on experience building and
• Skilled at investigating hardware issues, resolving non-conformances, driving root cause analysis
• Familiar with general assembly and test procedures including tolerance stack-up analysis
• Comfortable interfacing across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams
• Self-starter able to define and roll out new processes from scratch
• Proficient in GD&T, CAD, basic design or test analysis
