UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead UX design activities and ensure design requirements are addressed throughout the product
• Partner with team leads, Product Managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to take
• Contribute to the UX roadmap and identify opportunities to improve product capabilities and user
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and feedback-gathering activities to
• Translate user research and insights into actionable design improvements and product strategy
• Create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive experiences that effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design, preferably within a product-focused organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and product design work for enterprise software, self-service
• Strong expertise in creating wireframes, workflows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD
• Experience designing complex web products with multiple user journeys, workflows, and functional
