Job Description
📋 Description
- Perform onsite startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, and end-user training for lighting control
- Provide expert technical support to internal and external customers regarding field applications
- Read and interpret lighting plans, floor plans, drawings, and specifications to verify
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, project stakeholders, and
- Support complex projects by investigating field issues, coordinating solutions, and helping drive
- Provide engineering and technical support while communicating effectively with cross-functional
🎯 Requirements
- Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant
- 1–2 years of relevant technical experience, with 2–4 years preferred in problem-solving
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans, lighting plans, drawings, and project specifications.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical components, including relays, drivers, ballasts, and related
- General computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and other
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
