📋 Description

• Underwrite and service increasingly complex commercial construction accounts in line with
• Execute renewal rates, evaluate risk, and negotiate appropriate pricing based on account
• Develop practical, solutions-oriented approaches to complex underwriting needs while maintaining
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with brokers and customers through responsive
• Work closely with the broker network to understand client needs and develop customized insurance
• Maintain national standards for data quality and service level agreements across assigned accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience, with specific experience in construction risks.
• Completed or actively pursuing a CIP or FCIP designation; additional insurance qualifications are
• Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting principles, including renewal pricing, risk evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships with brokers
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service capabilities.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with
