📋 Description

• Act as shift anchor: own P1/P2 first response, open and run technical bridges until L2 engagement.
• Execute complex changes (fabric node additions, FTD policy pushes) with L2 oversight.
• Drive preventive maintenance: firmware currency, EOL/EOS tracking, spare posture.
• Quality-gate tickets, handovers and runbook adherence across the pod; mentor juniors.
• Coordinate with the SOC anchor on security-relevant network events.
• Own facility-alert response coordination with data-center operations (Aravolta feed).
