📋 Description

• Being thorough and courteous; accurately assess the root cause of each work order and close it out
• Walk the property each day; know the grounds and buildings and clear away trash or debris
• Follow guidelines to turn around vacant apartment units and prepare them for new residents
• Respond to assigned work orders or general maintenance in a timely manner and communicate with the

🎯 Requirements

• Good communicator and listener with strong customer service skills
• General knowledge or direct experience of plumbing, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, appliance
• High school graduate; technical school preferred but not required
• Makes use of onsite golf carts; must provide proof of a valid Driver's License in good standing
