Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Oversee fixed asset and PPE accounting, including capitalization policies, asset disposals
• Review complex transactions, contracts, financing arrangements, and other accounting matters to
• Serve as a senior technical review layer, identifying and resolving potential accounting issues
• Strengthen month-end close processes by improving accrual methodologies, enforcing appropriate
• Establish and maintain rigorous balance sheet reconciliation standards, review controls, and clear
• Prepare detailed audit schedules, reports, supporting documentation, and technical accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Auditor, Assistant Controller, or in a
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of US GAAP, including complex accounting judgments and capitalization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred, along with the ability to navigate complex accounting
• Strong understanding of fixed assets, PPE accounting, accruals, month-end close, balance sheet
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information
