Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate assigned programs (residential and/or day) for individuals with
• Manage personnel including orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans and implementing
• Coordinate overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects through guiding site
• Perform a mix of direct care and supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual
• At least 2 years of management experience in developmental disabilities
• Good decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful background clearance
