Lead APP - Virtual Health Assessment

📋 Description

• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) while working with a
• Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care in a virtual
• Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs)
• Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care model, and participate
• Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must have full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the following
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience 1+ year Experience delivering care in a community-based
