vIOP Clinical Quality Manager

📋 Description

• Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of up to 40 vIOP therapists in
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP therapists
• Provide ongoing mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists
• Provide ongoing feedback regarding therapists’ performance including clinical quality
• Ensure care provided across the team is culturally response, and outcomes-driven
• Lead ongoing clinical 1:1’s and consultation team meetings with assigned vIOP therapists and

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g.
• Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
• 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience
• Experienced in providing care in IOP setting
• Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high risk
• Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, etc.)
