📋 Description

• Serve as a key operational point of contact for partner firms throughout inbound asset migration
• Own the full migration lifecycle, from initial planning and operational setup through execution
• Lead the onboarding and conversion of introducing brokers and registered investment advisers from
• Coordinate operational documentation, account setup, system integrations, and conversion
• Build, maintain, and improve repeatable playbooks, workflows, and documentation for migration and

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in brokerage operations, clearing, account transfers, or
• Hands-on experience with account transfers such as ACATS, DTC settlements, and broker-dealer
• Practical experience building, validating, processing, or reconciling account conversion and
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets
