📋 Description

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on the design, development, and implementation of
• Lead legal reviews of product designs, marketing materials, customer onboarding processes, and
• Advise internal teams on U.S. broker-dealer regulation, securities laws, digital assets, payments
• Monitor developments from regulatory and self-regulatory bodies, including the SEC, FINRA, CFTC
• Support regulatory engagement and communications with government agencies and self-regulatory
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, disclosures, policies, procedures, and other legal

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree or foreign equivalent, with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5–7+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years focused on U.S. broker-dealer regulation
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, applicable regulations, FINRA rules, and
• Familiarity with U.S. cryptoasset regulatory frameworks and the roles of agencies and requirements
• Significant experience advising fintech companies or financial institutions, ideally within a
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, commercially practical legal advice while operating
