📋 Description

• Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities across business units
• Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business pain points, gather
• Develop and manage a portfolio of automation initiatives, balancing quick wins with strategic
• Establish and maintain a self-service intake process for automation ideas and evaluate
• Work hands-on with internal development teams and external solution providers to design, build
• Ensure automation and AI-supported solutions are practical, scalable, secure, operationally ready

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing automation solutions, including
• Hands-on experience with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Microsoft
• Demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and determine
• Proven track record of delivering business improvements through automation, supported by measurable
• Experience partnering with internal engineering or development teams to deliver technical solutions
• Experience managing external technology vendors or solution providers, including selection
