📋 Description

• Lead and support field staff
• Respond to clinical calls
• Review referrals and documentation
• Lead IDG meetings
• Oversee caseloads
• Provide proactive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program
• Hospice experience
• Previous clinical management or other relevant leadership experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with initiative, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment
