📋 Description

• Ensure loans carrying mortgage insurance are serviced in accordance with applicable investor
• Process monthly mortgage insurance premium payments and disbursements, ensuring payments are
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of loan data to identify and correct discrepancies or
• Reconcile mortgage insurance payments processed across the servicing portfolio and investigate
• Review newly boarded loans to validate mortgage insurance information, system setup, and related
• Create and process exception reports to identify issues and ensure timely resolution and payment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing or lending; experience in mortgage insurance
• Strong understanding of applicable payment and due-date requirements, including delinquent dates
• Working knowledge of investor guidelines and mortgage servicing systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of loan and
