- Write engaging captions, hooks and calls-to-action.
- Respond to comments, messages and customer interactions.
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Build relationships with local food creators, influencers, photographers, community groups and relevant businesses.
- Encourage and utilise customer-generated content and reviews.
- Track performance and provide insights into what content is working.
- Support promotions, events, launches and seasonal campaigns.
